U seriously need to sort this network out I'm always 1 bar your taking 4g down but no dam 5g in places whats wrong with u. I was ment to have a support call today I have alot health issues an u fked that up just cos I'm on EE...... signal allllll ways naff. Partner can't get through half the times. Sort ur noggins out somepeople could be seriously effected by this crap. I know I have heart problems etc. An ur report services all go my bottom. Other online services are reporting your issues. I can't even get a ring on 150 or the mobile number from ee app. 😑

What makes you think EE are removing 4G service?

5G still heavily relies on 4G for service, especially in NSA areas.

@GaryHoward , if you were to take a look at other threads, you would find that there is an outage which EE are urgently trying to fix.
