What's the actual issue you have?

CS have processes to follow, and for many issues a coverage check is one of them. Equally, a lot of fault tickets that show on a faults check will be non-service-affecting - although this will require some technical expertise to realise.. something that CS agents cannot be expected to know.

So.... what's the actual issue you have?

I made the mistake of joining this network a month ago. Since I hen I've been gaslight high up and low down, I've often been refused customer service because I refused to factory reset my phone too.

So the masts in the area seems to be no longer working as they said, there's a number of masts in the area "degraded" which means they've subsequently been switched off. I believe it's now 4 or 5 that are completely out.

Imagine joining a network and within 24 hours youre struggling to get near internet access that would have been considered slow in 1998. Do not join in this area. It's a collosal joke!
