    <description>&lt;P&gt;To be clear, are you saying that all of your calls are connecting initially, but then dropping after 12 seconds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are incoming calls &amp;amp; outgoing calls equally affected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot call 150 and other numbers for more than 12 seconds and it will cut off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is also difficult to pay my bills&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
