I would presume that someone from your company viewed the potential new offices before moving to them - was there any EE coverage at that time?

What is the problem you're having with WiFi-calling? It should be ideal for any scenario where indoor coverage isn't available.

Out of interest, where is this location? Feel free to be as precise or vague as you're comfortable on a public forum.

Hi There, Can someone help. I have a number of business lines, which all work fine, but I've moved my offices to an area where there is absolutely no EE signal. They are literally bricks. I don't always use Wifi calling as our wifi is quite unreliable (another issue). Do I have any stance to leave EE early during my contract (if the handsets are paid for), as they are useless where I am currently. Any advice?

Good afternoon @KateBarron.

Welcome back to the EE Community!

There are a couple of different things that could be causing you trouble here, and I certainly want to make sure you get the right support available for investigating things.

WiFi Calling is absolutely what we'd usually recommend in instances of service outages, so I'm disappointed to hear this hasn't quite been working for you.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend taking a look at our network status checker.

This can give you a good idea on whether the issues you're having are linked to a temporary fault, or more due to general coverage in the area.
