    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you be a bit more specific about what exactly "all the trouble shooting tips" it is, that you've tried?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do they include, to pick one example, performing a manual network search and selecting EE manually?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also try putting your phone into airplane mode and then switching airplane mode off, that should resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
