Sounds like you've done the right thing in using the online status checker - this provides a best estimate of fix times based on numerous criteria, but to provide a guaranteed resolution time is impossible.

The vast majority of radio faults are rectified in a few days.

I've had no mobile service in or around home for 4 days. No issues elsewhere when I'm out and about further afield, and the status check confirms there's a fault in my area. The question is: how can I get an update on when the fault is likely to be fixed? There's zero information provided on the status website that I can find, just a "we'll message when it's fixed" statement. Not very helpful. Is it going to be another day or two? A week? A month? Getting a fix estimate will help me decide if I should buy eSIMs for myself and my family, on another network, to keep us all going in the meantime. Thanks.
