I need help with my wife's phone, it doesn't work anywhere, she doesn't receive calls and can't make calls, tried all the solutions from the site, and nothing continues not to work, unfortunately it is a subscription and it creates more problems than expected, if you help me understand I would be grateful

Hi @Chris828

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem with your wife's phone. That's a good thing that you've tried the SIM in another phone, it kind of rules out the phone being the problem. It could be an issue with the SIM or the network.

Have you checked your postcode on our status checker to see if we're aware of any network issues in your area?

Chris

I tried with other phone models to put the SIM like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi
borrowed from friends, via WiFi the same calls are interrupted, the signal
wherever I go in Birmingham solved after I recharged to go back to my old
operator, but she is still in this situation, she does not use the EE
service as she should and pays for nothing, let me know thanks.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know @Chris828.

Have you been able to check the link @Christopher_G provided to see if there are any known problems showing for your area?

Our technical support team, are able to look into this in more detail for your wife, so it can be investigated further.

I understand you want to get this sorted @Chris828.

I'd recommend giving our technical support team a call from a working phone; they will be able to investigate the issues your wife is experiencing and escalate this if needed. Once you call, follow the options for mobile technical support, and you'll get through to one of our helpful guides.

If the account is in your wife's name, she would need to be present to complete security so the team can access the account.
