I ve bought iPhone 16e but not received Any pics or voice email on WhatsApp and instagram or facebook not showing pics loading problem!!

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are calls and normal texts working for you?

Do you have 4G or 5G showing next to the signal bars on the phone?

If you go into Settings > Mobile Service, is mobile data switched on?

Are you using an EE pay as you go or pay monthly contract SIM?

It could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.
