If your phone is showing 4G coverage, then you should be able to use mobile data.

Have all the affected users reported it to their respective networks? EE's online coverage tool has an option to report problems.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker > Check service status > Report a problem

@Oggys64 , have you registered and reported it here where you can receive updates too:

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker,

If others have the same problem, then it must be a black spot or there could be a mast fault and this needs to be reported so that it can be looked into, and depending on the fault depends how long it can take to get this sorted.

There's numerous sites in and around Prestatyn.

Is the issue, just that you're getting 4G when you have previously had 5G in this same location? Or a problem with calls, texts or data?

Hi @Oggys64

Did you speak with our technical support team? Our guides will be able to have a look into which mast is serving you and will be able to check the performance of them.

When you get this problem, it may be worth toggling 'airplane mode' on and back off again shortly after. That should force it to re-search for the network.
Chris

There are some scenarios where planned works may specifically be undertaken on weekend occasions, but I would only expect those to last 2-3 weeks.
