All networks have local outages from time-to-time, they're always kept to a minimum. The vast majority of single-site faults are resolved in a couple of days or less, but sometimes it can take longer. It's never deliberate.

If there is a single site outage locally, the status checker that Schockwave has linked to, should report it. WiFi-calling is a good mitigation for indoor coverage issues whenever they happen.

I have had very little coverage now for over a week, and it’s becoming unacceptable. I cannot speak to anyone and I’ve been with Orange /EE for 20 years!!

Hello @BlueGyps ,

Welcome to the community,

Is it the coverage indoors or outside? Are you able to find out whether anyone else on EE has the same problem?

You can check here, register, report and receive updates;

Hi, Shockwave, thank you for replying. It's inside and outside, yes lots of other EE Customers locally are having the same issue and it's been over a week now. Apparently there is an issue with our local mast being down. In this day and age, why is it not being fixed? Life without a mobile is almost impossible, mine is a business account and I'm having to go and buy a sim for another network tomorrow as I'm losing so much business. It's beyond frustrating. It's impossible to speak to anybody and after 20 years with EE/Orange is it time to make a change?
