Hi All.
I bought into EE services back in February 25 after around 10 years away and being with VF. Unfortunately, i also bought a new Samsung S25 Ultra shortly after. (Makes it difficult to tell if its the device or the network).

It does feel like it is in a handfull of locations where i am now. Unfortunately, it is frustrating as most of my recent calls require waiting in call queus.

How can i monitor what is causing the drop?
Thanks

Does your phone show network coverage when calls drop? Can you use mobile data whilst on calls?

The only cast-iron way to test network vs phone, is to remove one from the equation. Find a friend or relative who uses EE, and compare with them in the affected location. Then if still unsure, perform a 2way SIM-swap.

The more locations that are affected, the more likely a device issue is.

Many thanks for your response. The device shows a minimum of 2 bars during the drops.
Nevber real tried to use data services. I also switched wifi calling off to rule out the Wifi network.

It literally feels like a hand full of locations. Primarily at the office, which is in the cirty centre, and not a high rise.

This alone, rules out a coverage issue, and leaves you with either device fault or network fault.

The greater the number of locations it happens in, the less likely network and more likely device. Try using mobile data whilst on a call - this is testing whether your phone is using VoLTE (4G), VoNR (5G) or 2G for calls.
