coverage in Woodbridge IP12

There has been no coverage in the Woodbridge area for the past week even though the the coverage checker says the coverage is perfect! when you proceed to 'find out if there are works in your area' the app is not working. Are there any works currently underway in Woodbridge, ee certainly don't seem to think so

I've had a look into our network status checker, and it is highlighting that there are outages in the area right now.

If you opt to find out more you should be able to register for updates on this.

If you have WiFi available at home then I'd recommend enabling WiFi Calling in your phone's settings.

This allows you to make calls and send texts the same way as normal, but it's hosted over your broadband connection rather than the cellular network.
