      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a recent problem? Are these locations where your phone has previously worked?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Having lack of coverage across multiple areas would tend to suggest a phone fault rather than network one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you know any other EE users locally, and if so do they have similar problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
