Hi @AhmedMutakabbir.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

As @Chris_B and @bristolian have mentioned, we haven't offered standalone signal boxes for quite a number of years now, and WiFi Calling is seen as the direct replacement for this.

It's definitely odd that someone would mention these, as you can use WiFi calling on pay as you go now too.

There's a chance that the issues you're experiencing are just temporary, so it's definitely worth taking a look at our coverage checker to make sure there aren't any reported outages at the moment.

If you were looking to speak with our team about these issues too, you can bypass the visual service and go to the standard phone menus by pressing 2.

I have moved to this new place yesterday and my phone has got 0 signal bars when I am inside the house. I tried to contact EE and they told me to move from pay as you go to contract to get technical support for booster. And as per their suggestion I did. But the call dropped and when I try to call back at 150 now its telling me visual service and sending me a link. But when I press it, it says link expired. I am not being able to contact with EE now.

Did your new home have coverage issues when you first viewed it?

Many people referred to the old signal boxes as "boosters" (they weren't), but these were just 3G picocells and have since been discontinued due in-part to the 3G switchoff.

WiFi-calling is now the recommended solution for any indoor coverage issues, it works in tandem with 4G-calling to allow calls to handover between the two as you move in & out of network coverage.
