    <description>&lt;P&gt;Totally agree, the service is not fit for purpose. Travelling from St Pancras to Margate, trying to do some work. I’m 1 hour into the journey and still haven’t been able to do anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;also service at my work is non existent in Westgate, time to move to another provider for my whole household of 6 phones and broadband.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was your phone showing coverage during this journey? I can't tell whether you're reporting poor coverage, or poor data speeds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Across such a lengthy distance, that seems unusual.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fixed line broadband does use different technology to the mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
