EE signal down last few days only 4G showing at times, trouble making calls also receiving calls but getting disconnected.
will be contacting them tomorrow not acceptable

If 4G is showing on your screen, then that is signal.

What is the trouble you're having with making & receiving calls? What happens when you try doing so?

Can you access EE WiFi calling service.

Like all services sometimes the network fails or is temporarily down. Have you checked EE network status checker:
