&lt;P&gt;If such connectivity is vital for you, I would recommend looking at having a backup connection of some kind. "All your eggs in one basket" type theory.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 mobile phones with EE, and we've had no service at home for 4 days....!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was wondering if you get a refund on your bill as we use our mobile phones for everything, internet, hotspots as we don't have a land line or any other form of internet. I need my internet for work so it's causing all sorts of problems.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustrating to say the least!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
