I have a question my brother flat is getting done up so it has scaffolding up and ever since I find it hard to get on the Internet my phone would have full bars but I would still get noting every time I go to his when I leave his I'll be fine but I've only had this problem for the last few days but the scaffolding has been up for a week

The use of scaffolding should not cause capacity issues unless it also coincides with a noticeable & dramatic increase in usage.

It sounds like there might be some work being carried out nearby, which is impacting you in your brother's flat. Have you checked the postcode in our Service Checker?
