I live in the UK and I have network problem nearly 3 days. I can't call anywhere and I don't receive call as well. Only I can use my workplace WiFi. Problem should be about the area where I am working. Our business mobiles woth another provider and it works as a normal.

I even can't call EE support team, I tried with business mobile to call but call doesn't going through.

Does anyone has the same issue?

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Received via PM from user, posted in the open...

Thank you for your reply. I tried all way. On the web site, it doesn't show problem. I tried to call again and this time their agent is asking me to send sms for a code and doesn't understand I don't have network, I can't receive text message, call etc. I have 5 contract with EE and if I can't get any service from them why I pay £300 per month to them. It's not fair.

Response - If the website tool claims no issue, use the "report a problem" link to send details for further checks. Are other EE users in the same locality similarly affected? Do you have similar problems in other areas? These are all ways of checking for network issue vs device problem.

I'd recommend every affected user reports the same problems via the status checker, in that case.
