Yes, other users I know affected, at least in this specific area, which has been fine for years. I've reported again, it's affecting 4g and 5g.

EH16 is quite far away on East side , I am in South West Edinburgh.

Hi

Normally get 5g mobile data across this town, speed in the hundreds.

A week now where it is struggling to reach 3 Mbps.

I’ve used the Report A Problem link but still shows no known issues days later.

is there a known outage?

You've done the right things so far, I'm not overly surprised by the result though. If you had some knowledge of the radio interface, then a good test would be to do pre & post comparisons, I appreciate not many have the inclination!

Do you know any other EE users locally, and if so are they similarly affected?

I'm in South Edinburgh, EH16 and it's OK. as I've just checked it, but normally I have the phone set to 4G as it's way good enough for me.

Have all those affected users all reported their issues? If not, they need to.

Sometimes sheer weight of reports from (at the very least) the same locality or (ideally) the coverage footprint of the same site/sector may trigger additional and/or more detailed checks.
