keep speaking to ee for the last two years. Spoke to them on phone last week. My town/ area 6 masts down. No interest in fixing the signals. A bad sign for ee. They promised it would come back yesterday. They do commission you money after 5 days. But most people are just leaving cause they broke contract terms and what’s the point having ee. If they can’t provide a signal. It’s upto you to wait. But I run a business of my phone and caused great damage already.

It's not uncommon for CS agents to claim "mast down" to avoid proper investigations into minor issue, and it would extremely unusual to have 6 network sites off-air in the same area. Out of interest, where are you?

Not sure what "commission you money" means, but no network guarantees 24/7/365 connectivity in any given location and the T&Cs do support this.

Anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason, WiFi-calling allows continuous use of your phone without needing network coverage.
