Hi everyone,

I currently have no network and mobile is showing SOS and Satellite symbols, this has been going on all day. I have tried to check network status online and the link seems to be broken/not working as the page is persistently blank after entering my postcode. Has anyone else had this problem today? I am in South Ayrshire Scotland, KA26 postcode.

Status checker is working OK for me. Try using a different browser, or using the myEE app. KA26 is a large area with multiple sites.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.
