An interesting case.

When you say "over 4g and 5g", does this mean you've tested each RAT separately?

I am in area EC4Y, is this going to get fixed anytime soon? Also in South London SW17 the signal is terrible. I used to get over 100Mbps with BT, even seen 250Mbps over 5g, whats happened, you bitten off more than you can chew now. Too many on boarding your failing 5g system? Fix the 5G, we pay for a 5g service, not 4g.

Unfortunately for yourself, this is not true - you pay for access to EE's network but not any specific "G" in any particular location.

You've mentioned a few areas which are quite sizeable in terms of network sites, but more importantly - referred to your signal being poor, but described poor data speeds. The two are different concepts, and thus the underlying issue is fundamentally different.

Are you describing poor coverage? Or poor data speeds in good coverage? What sort of speeds are you tending to achieve - you've not said?

Signal, 1 bar on phone. New Samsung Ultra phone. data dead on work phone also, just connected to EE from Vodafone. Signal to phone. 2 bars, data, nothing. Tried to setup MFA on phone. Error from MS Auth site, no data to process on phone. EE are really bad now, in both areas, oh yeah, over 4g and 5g. Not good at all.
