The mast in my area has not worked properly since early October and as a result each month I call and get a full credit for my expected bill.

It just dawned on me that being credited the full bill each month is more than what the line rental would be, therefore, as I have a handset as part of my tariff would it then be expected that I owe more should I then decide to leave or go sim only once the contract expires?

I don't anticipate doing so but it would be good to understand how it works due to loss of service and credits

Hi @danmarkfurness I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing signal issues in your area since October, I can imagine it's been very frustrating for you.

I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our tech guides so that they can get access to your account, and then work out what options would be available to you.

If you have access to a WIFI connection, you can connect your phone and then make a call via WIFI calling, you can find more information about how to use WIFI calling here

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

You can find a link to our Contact Us page here

I suspect that much will depend when your minimum term expires.
