    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi there we live in Teviothead in the Scottish Borders and yesterday the 31/1/2025 the power was out to fix a line down at 12 pm to 3 pm when the power came back on we now have no internet phone signal we have a giffgaff sim in our router to run our WiFi which is not working now and same on our phones ect so it is like the mast is down at carlenrig we think it is a we mast can anyone help as we don’t know who to contact to tell them the problem thank you as we need it to be able to work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
