Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear your experience isn't good with EE. That's not what EE's aim should be and EE aims to provide the best support where possible for you. If you'd like to make a complaint you can do so by clicking here.

Again, I'm sorry to hear about your experience & your thoughts are valued.

I hope this helps.

The "Network Boost" feature only applies in selected locations and is more for congestion due to large events such as concerts and festivals.

"Available to customers on an All Rounder or Full Works plan. Prioritises data coverage to your phone in busy or crowded
areas. No prioritisation of calls or texts. Available to customers in selected locations across the UK."

The issues in your area would likely not be improved by this feature. I will also point out that your plan is not promised or guaranteed to be at those 100 Mbps speeds, it is a maximum speed cap.

Besides this is a public forum and none of us work for EE, we don't know who you are and we don't have any account access on here. Nor can any of us affect the network conditions in your local area. If you are not happy with your level of service, you would need to contact EE Customer Services on 150 or make an official complaint.

Network Boost is not something that's deployed on a site-by-site basis, but is something is applied on your individual SIM.

There's an awful lot more to making a better network than just merging with another, and "on the ground" improvements from VF or 3 are quite a way off just yet. But that said, I do agree with you that offering some customers priority on busy sites/sectors for additional charge, is a questionable approach.

It's extremely questionable to me, because it strongly implies to me that anyone who hasn't purchased this service will be getting a reduced service compared to where they would have been before the network priority plans were introduced.

If you give priority to some, others must by necessity receive worse on average.

Degrading the service of an existing customer base seems like a recipe for a class action lawsuit myself but I'm not an EE exec so maybe I'm wrong.
