&lt;P&gt;If yes - try connecting manually, that will ID whether your issue is account/SIM-specific if you can't do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If no - you have clear evidence of a local coverage outage. Use the "report a problem" link on the status tool.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Zero signal RH19</title>

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the past 48 hours my device has not been able to connect to the mobile network. The coverage checker says no issues in RH19. I have tried the airplane mode switch and device restart but no fix. &amp;nbsp;Anybody else experiencing similar issues or may have a solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
