What does the online status tool say? You mention "it" has been reporting 16hour fix, but not whom or what "it" is.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker > "check service status" if you've not done so already.

As mentioned, the vast majority of radio site fixes are prompt and a couple of days at worst. Sometimes it can take longer, delays are never intentional but WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for any indoor coverage issues whenever and for whatever reason.

EE I’ve had no network for 4 days and I understand there’s been a storm but I rely on my phone for work and family. When will this be resolved? It been saying 16 hours since Friday

Hi @debbylee

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know the importance of having a working phone when it is relied on so much.

Does it just say it will be restored in 16 hours, or is there anything else saying that some fixes may take longer?

While our engineers will always look to get the service back up and running as soon as possible, at times it may take longer than we'd like and can be impacted by many factors such as parts or waiting to get access to sites on private land.

I don't have any further information on what is happening in your area from here, but if you contact our tech guides, they can look at the local sites for you.

If you have WiFi available, you can also use our free WiFi Calling service to enable you to call and text as normal.
