Unable to make ir receive calls

Since around lunch time today, I have been unable to make or receive calls. My partner and best mate have had to use FB Messenger to call me.

I've seen online that EE, 3, Vodafone and O2 are all having issues with their phone lines today. People are unable to even call the emergency services.

Where have you seen this? Can you provide a link please?

3-UK have core network issues today, but it's only impacting their customers.

Does your phone show network signal? Is this happening in one-specific location or several? What happens when you try making a call? And to avoid doubt... making test calls to or from 3UK users won't be helping, make sure you're testing to or from a landline number or other EE user ideally.
