Is this in one specific location or multiple?

Use "check service status" on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker as a first check, if this is location-specific.

You mentioned in your first post "network status showing 4G but no internet", your second post says "don't have good coverage" - these appear contradictory.

Can you perhaps clarify the exact issue you're having, putting on-screen bars aside? Do you have problems using your phone for, say, calls or data, when coverage is shown? Or zero displayed coverage when you previously had some?

Showing 4g+ on the status bar with almost full bar. Calls are fine so far
but no Internet or it is really slowly.

If you have "almost full bar" that's not a coverage issue, proven by calls being OK.

Slow data speeds are a different issue, but the clarification is helpful. Do speeds vary from time or day? Have they reduced progressively or is this a sudden change?

Use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker as a first check for any "cliff edge" losses of coverage

Looks like you've tried to reply to this forum post using your phone's email program, and the outcome is a tad messy. I think I can see you saying that speeds don't vary - which would be unusual for a normal congestion issue.

Do you get similar issues in other locations? Have those speeds reduced suddenly or is it more gradual?
