eSIM not working after trip abroad

Hi all,

I have been away for three weeks and used various eSIMs. I am now back in the UK and I’m y phone won’t connect to the network. I tried switching off and back on, airplane mode, choosing network etc. I don’t think the phone recognises the ee eSIM. Any ideas on how to fix this? ee want me to call but I obviously can’t!

We want to make getting reconnected as straightforward as possible, so I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble since you got back from your trip. Have you downloaded a new eSIM since your return, or are you trying to use the same eSIM you had before you went away?
