    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had no coverage in my area of work now for over 4 weeks,i have done the coverage checker and they said they have a problem and they don't know when it will be fixed? my phone is also used for work and customers trying to call etc and i miss calls,can't whatsapp etc etc,can i claim some sort of compensation back as i am paying for a service which i can't use properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Local coverage outages are normally fixed quite promptly in a couple of days, anything taking longer is often due to an external or third-party issue beyond EE's direct control.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason, WiFi-calling allows you to continue using your phone without needing mobile network coverage - if you're posting here using WiFi, you can make &amp;amp; receive calls, send &amp;amp; receive text messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
