I’ve come over to EE from 02 and at first things were okay . The last month my signal and data flatlines in a certain area . I’ve reported it numerous times with no real answers . Thousands of people posting online about the area coverage yet still no answers . I’m a business user they signed me up for a business account and by all means the business account that costs me more offers less . The customer service hours are shorter I’m dismayed as to why a business account is sold to business users . I’m loosing trade as I’m dropping calls with no help from EE . The service is appalling .

What do you mean by your signal & data flatlining? Voice calls & mobile data use the exact same network signal.

You can check for local coverage issues via the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
