      <title>EE mobile bad signal bad data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I came over to EE. some months ago on a business tariff ,signal is terrible everywhere 5g rarely works and data is unusable . I rely on my phone to book in work and EE is now affecting my business . I need help leaving this network .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All networks have good &amp;amp; bad areas, but to experience "terrible signal everywhere" is highly unusual. When you say 5G barely works, can you expand a little? Given that a 5G phone should always fallback to 4G anytime 5G is not available....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you saying that your phone is displaying no coverage when it should? Or that 4G fallback isn't working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The previous post advises on the process to disconnect - have you tested other networks in the areas you frequent?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
