If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

You can use the "my places" feature on the coverage webtool to get proactive updates on planned & unplanned outages.

4G signal has been down since Saturday morning. We have a 4G router so rely on the signal for our internet, and I also work from home, so not helpful. Other users in the area say their 5G has been down since Saturday as well. We’ve had no update or notifications from EE.

Thanks for these suggestions; I’ve reported the problem. It’s definitely a problem with the signal strength - readings are showing download speeds of 0.01 on both mobile 4G and on the router.
