No signal in Twickenham

Currently sitting in the dark, 3 different EE numbers (2 phones, 1 5G broadband) entirely out of signal in Twickenham TW1.

Coverage checker reports no fault but obviously that’s no true.

Vodaphone still working.

I can’t use 150 since no network, and EE insists for me to put 2FA with my phone number on my EE account which is so stupid in this kind of situation.

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Turns out EE is carrying out maintenance but didn’t say anything. And their website about that doesn’t have the info but the customer support did.

Any service-affecting issues should be reported on the status webtool. You can also register upto 5 UK postcodes for proactive updates of known issues.
