&lt;P&gt;It certainly wouldn't hurt to visit one of our stores if you want more support with this, but there's a few other things we can check out first of all to save you the trouble of travelling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your SIM is in the phone, can you please try sending us a text with BALANCE to 150?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should let you know the current balance and allowances for the SIM, as if there's no data pack active it won't let you connect to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi device equipped with an EE SIM card suddenly stopped working today. When I removed the SIM card and inserted it into my phone, there was still no internet connection. The 4G signal shows full bars, but I am unable to access the internet. &lt;P&gt;It's definitely an odd one if this is showing a 4G signal but can't get online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you had a chance to check our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;network status checker&lt;/A&gt; to see if there's anything reported in the area?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you've popped this in your phone, is there a 4G / 5G indicator next to the bars too?&lt;/P&gt;
