I’ve got 20 lines on an EE business account and have had zip signal for my whole business for the past week.
I pay £2k a month and was told it would be fixed today.. it’s not. Still no signal.

Im suffering massive loss in revenue as the whole team has no signal and no mobile data.

Where do I stand in terms of cancellation as I’m paying for a service I’m now not receiving. Does EE have an acceptable signal guarantee and how long do they expect a business to pay for a service they are not able to provide?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your specific issue.

Thanks

Legally, no network guarantees 24/7/365 coverage in any given location - faults & planned outages happen, and they're always kept to a minimum.

Who told you that your outage would definitely be resolved by a certain time? No-one can guarantee a fault is resolved until it actually is, but they may have been looking at a planned works window.

WiFi-calling allows full use of a phone for calls & texts without needing any mobile coverage, and is always a good insurance for situations such as this.
