Anyone have/Know of any signal

issues in the Cumnock area East Ayrshire. EE users are having issues connecting to the internet, works sporadically. If you turn your phone off and on again it works fine then loses internet. Though 3-4 bars are present. Up to 6 weeks ago there was no issue but since then EE users all experiencing the same issue

More bars doesn't necessarily equate to better data speeds.

Are the other EE users all having the same problems reporting the issue?

What is happening when you are trying to report it?

Once you click the service status tab and login you should be able to click the Still having problems? button to fill out a problem report for our network team.

Alex
