EE is so shocking very bad signal or non at all

Hi there just wondering why the signal on EE is so bad and hardly ever works. It's been down for a whole day now. Just emergency calls only and they state on the adverts that there the best network. It's absolutely shocking

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know how frustrating it is when the signal isn't as expected, especially when we rely on our phones for so much now.

Is this happening in one particular area, or different locations?

Have you had a look at our network checker to check for any problems in the area? You just need to enter your post code and it will then show the normal expected coverage, and if there are any problems.

If nothing is showing, you can report a problem to our network team on that page.

Local outages happen on all networks from time-to-time, be it for planned works or unplanned faults.

Use https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker under "check service status" to monitor these.
