topic Very poor signal - can we request a tower? in Mobile Network discussions

I live in an area with extremely poor signal although nearby are a vodaphone, three and O2 tower. Is there any way to request that EE either rent space on a competitor's tower or build one locally? I'm missing a lot of calls and when I do get through, they can't hear me sometimes. I'm stuck in a 2 year contract so I can't back out.

Hi @azumirm212

EE does not guarantee coverage everywhere unfortunately. Do you have a landline internet, can you access EE WiFi calling service.

Thanks

Unfortunately for yourself, this isn't something you can "request" as such - new network rollout is driven by various factors, but WiFi-calling is always available for resolving indoor coverage issues. It sounds like a good solution in your case.

You can also use the myEE app to log areas of poor coverage to ensure these are fed into the planning process.
