    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have precisely the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It was fine when I was in contract, but having switched &amp;nbsp;to sim only, the service has got worse and worse to the point that I need to look at alternative &amp;nbsp;providers as it is barely functional.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a pity as I have been with EE for almost twenty years, but it seems it is time for a change…&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A change of priceplan is just that, the radio network doesn't even know you've done so and thus is in no place to alter your coverage levels.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You've alluded to "the same problem" - your post has been moved to a new thread, so has no context. What is the service issue you're having?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
