    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, yes earlier i borrowed someones phone to call in to EE. They are sending a replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43656"&gt;@bristolian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I couldn't turn off automatic searching.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully I'll get there with a new SIM. Funny thing this situation has shown me, I need Whatsapp and Email far more than I need the ability to take/make calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all for responding.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"No service" at top of screen. Call Failed if I try calling 150. Wifi is connected and wifi calls is switched on. Have tried the SIM in two different handsets. Completely stuck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If EE doesn't show, you've just proven a local network outage and the "no service" is explained. If EE does show, then whether you can select it or not, would be evidence (or not) of an account/SIM issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
