The symptoms you report are unusual, and something which would normally be picked up of their own accord. But if you'd rather not use the online fault reporting, I'd suggest contacting CS on 150 instead.

Make sure you've toggled mobile data on each device first, for elimination purposes. Can you make & receive calls OK?

In my area the EE mobile signal has been "adequate" all weekend (between 1 bar on 3 bars 5G as usual) but there has been no internet whatsoever. We have a number of EE devices in the family and we are all experiencing the same problem. We completed a 6 mile circular walk this afternoon and it was the same in all directions. Is this the end of EE in our area? Does the family need to look to another provider? Or is it a network fault? How do we report this to EE ? Are they interested ? Post code WR8. Upton Upon Severn area.

You can check for, and report suspected, network issues using the online webtool.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

Choose "check service status"

I did say it is not a coverage issue as we do have some signal. But no internet.

Hi Bristolian,

I have checked the link you suggested and it does indicate that it was a problem. Thank you for providing the link.

As I said it not just my devices that was affected so I am sure it was not a single device issue.

The 5G bars were showing us between 1 and 3 bars but we were getting no connection or sometimes extremely little with an intermittent 100 - 200 kbps speed.

We have not been outdoors today yet. I will see how it is later this afternoon when the weather improves.

DaddyH.
