I have been a BT Mobile user for many years. Now my phone says No Signal or occasionally I get an intermitent weak signal. I can't find out how to access help from BT and when I texted 150 I was told that I am not an EE customer so they can't help. I cannot phone a helpline if there is one because the phone hardly works. I have never had any trouble before and I suspect this is because BT and EE are linked. How can I get a phone signal back? I am paying monthly for calls with no signal.

Finally found a number 0800 800150 which is for BT mobile users. Miraculously I got through to a helpful technician in about one minute. It's a mast in my area that has gone down, so the problem is being dealt with

Whilst the use of the online status checker is always a good first-check, its use is restricted to EE-users.

You are unable to check or report issues if you don't have a myEE login, thus users of MVNO (which includes BT-Mobile) should pursue service issues through their provider directly.

I just used it logged out of EE. Anybody can check the Coverage & Service Status at any postcode but would need to be an EE user to report an issue.

I've just tried to use the status checker in a private browsing window (to simulate not being logged in) and got caught in the same loop &/or brick wall (depending on exact links taken) as I always have done - which was reported a while back but I suspect is intentional.

If anyone is able to evade this "must login" loop, then well done!

Why not try not logging in rather than simulating it? It's the real thing ! 😉
