My husband and I have had call issues for around a year.

Both our phones say currently unavailable when people are trying to call us.

We have reported the issue to E E on numerous occasions.

EE have sent us new sim cards and we still have the same issue.

Does any one else have this problem?.

What was the outcome of these numerous reports?

Do you have any problems with outgoing calls?
