Is this a recent problem?

WiFi-calling is intended to provide good indoor service where no mobile coverage is available, sounds like it's doing the job.

What are the problems you're having with outdoor coverage?

Welcome to the Community!

We don't want you to have any trouble with your connection, so there's a few things I'd like to look at. How long has this been happening, and do you still have the same issue if you try using the SIM in another phone?
