The mobile network coverage in my part of south London has been atrocious. what is going on? If we are paying a premium then we should get the service we pay for!

Cannot use both mobile data and mobile broadband since yesterday. Its getting ridiculous now as this has been an ongoing issue for weeks...

Hi yes @Northerner

I did that and it keeps telling me coverage is good which is a lie because neither my phone or wifi is connecting properly.

I’ve been at Cafe all day.

Sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option rather than "check status".

"Check coverage" predicts the service in your particular area. "Check status" searches for known issues and provides the further option to "report a problem"
