Is this a recent problem? All networks have outages, both planned & unplanned.

I've had no network for 4 days in my area kn caterham so can't recieve calls or messages or even make calls and send texts I can only do this via WhatsApp what is going on? Don't pay ee monthly for not being able to use my phone!

WhatsApp is an internet-app - if you have a working internet-connection, you can use EE WiFi-calling.

You can check for known network outages using the link in the post you've replied to.

Yes we have had a network outage for 4 days and still it's not been fixed
