      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's nothing wrong with "only one bar" - it's still coverage. Your phone will always use 4G whenever 5G is unavailable, is it not doing that?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you having problems making or receiving calls, sending or receiving texts, or using mobile data? If so, what are they?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
